The Cost of Home Care

Whether you are paying for your care privately or have approved funding from the local authority we can work with you to create a package of care to suit your needs. Our rates are competitive and reflect the high quality of home care service we provide.

Our care packages start from 30 minutes and can go up to 24-hour live-in care. The service is flexible to your changing needs and has you at the heart of the service. There are a number of funding options available depending on your circumstances and we are here to help you find the right package for you.

If you are not eligible for local authority funding or you wish for additional support outside your agreed budget you can pay for the care as a private customer.

We invoice you on a monthly basis and you have 14 days to make payment.

Personal Budget – This type of funding will be from the local authority. We work with Surrey Council who will assess your needs and agree a sum of money that is to be used for your care.

If you have an agreed budget, the local authority will pay you the sums (Direct Payment) and you can source the care provider yourself. You then make the payment to the chosen Care Provider when they send you the invoice.

This funding option gives you the control over which care agency provider you choose and how you are cared for. If you require more care than the agreed budget you can add on the privately funded care option.

State funding may be available through the Local Authority. Your Local Authority will carry out a Needs Assessment and Financial Assessment to see if you are eligible for care and funding. If you are eligible for state funded care the local authority will complete the assessment and source the care provider for you from their approved providers.
